Step 1 : Apply for admission by scanning your Passport and School Certificate along with Digital Photo to wcigulf@mail.ru. We will reply you with the information about the university, courses, fee structure and possibility of admission as per your budget or requirement.

Step 2 : After receiving the acceptance letter or Offer Letter, you have to sign the admission contract for the selected university and proceed with the payment of partial Tuition Fees. 

Step 3 : We will get you enrolled in the university and apply for study Invitation Letter/E-Visa and provide you with visa support documents from the ministry of foreign affairs to get visa pasted on your passport. 

Step 4 : Buy air ticket and Fly. Inform us about your arrival time, date and Flight number, Our representative will meet you on the airport and shift you to the university or get booked with us on our chartered flights (from India & Pakistan only) 

Step 5 : Submit your original educational certificates and passport at the university, Necessary steps are taken to complete the admission process and study permit/visa issuance. You can pay your post arrival Tuition and Hostel fee and join the classes. 

Documents Required: (properly Scanned PDF Only)

1. Passport Scan (with validity not less than 1 Year)

2. Resident ID Scan (if residing in GCC).

3. Higher Secondary School Certificate (attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs or apostilled).

4. Higher Secondary School Transcript (attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs or apostilled).

5. Digital Photo (3x4) with White Background.

Eligibility as per country: 

Egypt: 

• 75% - 85% in Higher Secondary School Examination

Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Russia

• Higher Secondary School with minimum 50 % of Marks. 
• A Levels / AS Levels

Georgia

• Higher Secondary School with minimum 50 % of Marks. 
• A Levels (Minimum 3 Subjects)
• BTEC International Level 3 Diploma (1080)

Poland

• Higher Secondary School with minimum 50 % of Marks. 
• Bachelors Degree & Transcript (for Masters Programs)
• IELTS / TOFEL Certificate
• Letter from the School or University stating that medium of instruction was in English.
• NAWA Recognition of the qualification.

(Higher Secondary School Certificate or Bachelors Degree / Transcript must be attested by Polish Embassy).

Additional Documents for Visa Application:

Following documents are required along with visa application. Embassy may ask additional documents depending on the nationality of the student. please confirm the requirements from concerned embassy

Georgia:

1. Accommodation Confirmation Letter.

2. Bank Statement of the guardian (Minimum 3 Months).

3. Sponsorship letter from guardian.

3. Travel Medical Insurance.

4. Police Clearance Certificate.

5. Proof of Tuition Fees payment.

Russia:

1. Travel Medical Insurance.

2. Police Character Certificate (may be required in some countries)

3. HIV Test Report (should be taken not earlier than 3 months before applying for a visa)

4. Notarized translation of passport and Higher Secondary school certificates from Russian Embassy.

Turkey:

1. IELTS/TOFEL

2. Higher Secondary School Certificate attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

3. Equivalency Certificate. 

4. Bank Statement of Guardian (3 Months).

5. Travel Medical Insurance.

6. Accommodation Confirmation Letter

Poland:

1. Higher Secondary School Certificate attested / apostilled by Polish Embassy.

2. Bachelors Degree & Transcript attested / apostilled by Polish Embassy.

3. NAWA Recognition of the qualification.

4. Bank Statement of the Guardian (3 Months).

5. Travel Medical Insurance.

6. Proof of Tuition Fees payment.
